Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
600 ml water
8 cups pomegranate juice
Method:
1- Pour boiling water and sugar in a bowl and stir till it dissolves. Let it cool for a while.
2- Mix pomegranate juice and the syrup. Put them in an ice-cream machine. If you don’t have one, put the mix in the freezer and break the crystals every half an hour. After a few hours let it freeze completely. The pomegranate ice is ready.
3- You can serve it in scoops and use pomegranate seeds to design them.
